3.1.7 Cancelled

Through decades of counseling experience with gifted individuals of all ages, the presenter has learned that the remedy for discontent, anxiety, and stress is to recognize and listen to the guidance being delivered from our whole self—mind, emotions, body, spirit, and social domains. We need to stop living a divided self with sole focus on our predominant mental realm and learn to value and listen to the internal guidance system all five domains collectively provide. In this session, you will learn what attitudes, beliefs, behaviors, and activities collectively create individual contentment and enhance family and classroom cohesiveness and harmony.
