Strengthening Excellence: How Networks Enhance Gifted Education Across Schools

This presentation highlights the unexpected yet pivotal outcome of the "Talenti in Azione" project: the creation of collaborative networks among educators and schools dedicated to gifted education. While many participating institutions already had solid foundations in addressing the needs of gifted students, the networks fostered by the project amplified their impact. These connections encouraged the exchange of best practices, innovative strategies, and shared resources, benefiting even well-prepared schools by broadening their perspectives and enhancing their approaches. By creating a community of practice, the project demonstrated that collaboration can elevate excellence and ensure sustainable advancements in supporting gifted students across diverse educational contexts.
