Sharing Policy Experiences from Andalucía to Paraguay: Strengthening Gifted Education through International Collaboration

This session explores the successful transfer of gifted education policies from Andalucía, Spain, to Paraguay, facilitated by international grants and collaborations. Through research stays funded by the Paraguayan government and three Erasmus+ international mobility grants, key policy elements from Andalucía were adapted and implemented in Paraguay, resulting in significant improvements in gifted education. Presenters will share insights into the collaboration process, challenges faced, and the transformative impact on Paraguay’s gifted education framework. The session highlights the importance of international cooperation in advancing equitable and effective policies for gifted learners.
