Mawhiba MetaMinds (M3): A Global Talent Development Platform

Talents are top human capital who are pivotal for innovation, economic growth, and societal advancement. However, many bright young adults struggle to reach their full potential due to limited resources and opportunities. The aim of this session is to showcase Mawhiba MetaMinds (M3: a global talent platform), a newly launched initiative by King Abdulaziz & his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba) through its strategic plan 2030 to empower talents worldwide. M3 is an educational, social, and innovation digital platform that was designed to fill an existing gap in talent development in STEM fields targeting ages 19 to 28. M3 offers a comprehensive journey for individuals, academic institutes, and corporations, employing talent profiling, development tracks, and innovation opportunities. M3 was designed based on the needs expressed by 100 talented individuals from 28 countries who joined an ideathon challenge to develop a blueprint for a digital platform to empower talents.
