A Practical Study on Class Management Models for Gifted Children
This study explores a class management practice model for gifted children centered on "interest, passion, and aspiration." By focusing on "interest," a class culture is established where students become active contributors, involved in designing class emblems, flags, and creating class social media accounts. With "passion", a rigorous academic atmosphere is cultivated to stimulate learning motivation, complemented by a variety of social practice activities that encourage students to read extensively and explore the world. Through "aspiration", a progressive class spirit is fostered, igniting students' dreams through initiatives such as lectures on the high school experiences of outstanding figures and a series of aspiration-themed talks.
