Leveraging Online STEMM Mentoring Through Self-Learning: An Analysis of Mentee Feedback on Training Units

This paper presents an analysis of feedback on 10 training units in an online STEMM mentoring program, based on survey responses from 62 mentees. A total of 309 responses were collected using a 5-point Likert scale ranging from "Not helpful at all" to "Very helpful." The results revealed that for most of the units, feedback was almost equally split between "Very helpful" and "Helpful," suggesting a generally positive reception. However, 9 responses received less favourable ratings, highlighting areas for improvement. These findings provided valuable insights that informed the refinement of existing training units and the development of new ones, ultimately enhancing the overall effectiveness and relevance of the program. The aim is to better support the learning and development of future participants.
