Developing Knowledge About Children with High-Learning Potential in Norway, through Cross-Cultural Collaboration
This poster presents a collaborative project between teacher education, a primary school, a talent centre and parents. The aim was to share experiences from different contexts to identify needs, learn from each other and together create and develop knowledge and skills. Through close co-operation between equal parties, spontaneous interactions between the participants are possible. Furthermore, a new way of thinking is emerging about how children with high learning potential can become the focal point of the school's pedagogical organisation. Data collection during the project year 2024 shows changed practices and a perception of the practical benefits of cross-sectoral collaboration.
