Panel: Empowering the Gifted: Insights and Contributions from RITHA Specialists

The Radboud International Training on High Ability, RITHA, is an ECHA qualified training. In this panel discussion, five RITHA alumni will discuss their final product of the RITHA program. Their topics vary from the possible problems of code switching and forced choice in the identity development of gifted adolescents, to enrichment through cultural education in primary schools, to a Twice- Exceptional Awareness program for teachers , to support for inclusive policy for gifted education in schools. We will also discuss the “Giftedness Monitor for Organizations” which helps organizations improve their approach to gifted employees.
