Advancing Equity in Gifted Education: The Precision Approach in Ghana

This presentation introduces Precision Gifted Education Ghana, an NGO initiative addressing the systemic barriers to identifying and supporting gifted learners in Ghana. Through culturally relevant assessment tools, community engagement, and strategic partnerships, the program ensures equitable access to gifted education for underserved students. Attendees will learn about the innovative framework, pilot project progress, and its broader implications for global equity in education. This session invites educators and researchers to collaborate in refining and scaling this model for other regions, making a case for the urgent need to rethink gifted education in diverse cultural contexts.
