Stimulating Scientific Thinking in Gifted Students
We developed 14 cards containing questions to support students' thinking and reasoning during research and design projects at school, which are already very stimulating at a young age. These cards enhance analytical, creative, and critical thinking by teaching students to ask strong and purposeful questions. The importance of asking high-quality questions is underscored by various leading educational frameworks, such as Tony Ryan’s ThinkerKeys and his book from 2017, which outlines essential skills for the new generation, and Project Zero from Harvard, which aims to understand and cultivate human potential—including learning, thinking, ethics, intelligence, and creativity.
