English Club Activities Utilizing MI Theory in Japan using Carta, Castella and Konpeitō for Braga

At our part-time high school, there is a mix of students who did not attend Elementary and Junior high school. Therefore, these students did not learn English and some of these students have foreign backgrounds. In addition to English, the curriculum includes Chinese, Korean, and Russian. Students are able to choose freely which other languages to study. In the after-school English club, various types of English activities that apply MI theory are carried out to increase interest, mainly for students who are considered to be 2e(twice exceptional). In this roundtable session, we aim to give participants hands-on experience with some of these activities and pave the way for collaborative research.
