What I do for Gifted Students and what We Can All Do Together

The presentation will present the author's personal experience with managing a university center for gifted students of all ages. The author's experience includes research, organizing programs for practicing teachers, leading projects, collaborating with mentors, psychologists etc., as well as authentic knowledge from the author's own university teaching (the subject Special Theory of Relativity), which gifted students from high schools can attend. The author also draws on the experience of international students' internships at the university center. The aim of the presentation is to offer knowledge sharing and to find opportunities for international cooperation in terms of transferability of experience and further development.
