Evidence-Based Practices Or Not? Explore a District's Success Increasing 2e & CLED Students

There is a paucity of research focusing on gifted education teachers’ voices, how they would create more inclusive GT practices. This session examines GT teachers' ideas for more inclusive practices, increasing diversity, and how these ideas are supported by other empirical research. The process and results of a district's successful attempts to increase diversity will be shared with suggested steps for replication in other schools.
