Gifted Girls and Women: Different Contexts in Three Countries

This panel discussion will present 4 research studies developed in 3 different countries, Brazil, India, and Uruguay, showing diverse contexts, quite different from those currently approached in international research. One was developed in Delhi, India, with six economically and socially disadvantaged women without formal education and another one with female students in a public school in Brazil. The third one was developed in a private university with female students attending a neuropsychology specialization course in Brazil, and the last one was developed with 8 rural gifted female students in the countryside of Uruguay.
