Conceptualizing Innovation Talent Across Domains: Military, Science, and Business

This proposal introduces the concept of innovation talent and thus a special type of giftedness, which is much needed today in times of global instability and extraordinarily increased warfare. The presenter explains how innovation talent differs from entrepreneurial giftedness, innovation leadership, and other types of giftedness. The author examines innovative talent in a variety of fields such as the military, scientific discoveries in the case of Nobel Prize winners, and gifted entrepreneurs with a long track record of groundbreaking innovations.
