Three Simple Questions (Re)framing Complex Thinking to Build Social Emotional Needs in all Learners
Imagine the possibilities for learning, discussing, interpreting, reflecting and creating if learners had an accessible tool for acting in and on the world, and if such a tool were available at every level of knowledge building. 3D-Briefing is just such a tool. Its three simple questions can generate empathetic communication, equitable collaboration and ethical creative-complex thinking applicable throughout the entire learning lifecycle from K-post-secondary. This session shares action research on how this simple framework encourages social emotional growth, perspective taking, reflective practice and personal futures building to instill confidence in learners' ability to face complex challenges in an ever-changing world.
