Challenges in IQ Testing for Gifted and Twice-Exceptional Learners

Traditional IQ tests often fail to accommodate the unique needs of gifted and twice-exceptional (2e) learners, leading to inaccurate assessments. This study, based on findings from the KIQT+ whitepaper, examines how non-verbal, unbiased testing approaches reduce linguistic and cultural biases. Results show that inclusive methods provide significantly more accurate evaluations of diverse cognitive profiles, ensuring fair identification and support for exceptional learners.
