Headquarters has been receiving hundreds of proposals for the Vancouver conference in the past several days. The number of proposals is very encouraging and indicates the likelihood of a well-attended conference. The sheer volume is such that a response to your proposal may not be immediate. You can rest assured that if you have submitted a proposal, it will be acknowledged and reviewed as soon as possible.
