SUMMARY:2nd International Conference Of Creativity and Innovation
DESCRIPTION:Innovation is a term commonly used today by professionals from most different areas\, indicating the need to seek new forms of survival and competition in a globalized world. However\, there is little understanding of what is innovation. Is this term different from creativity? Is the presence of creativity necessary to reach innovation? Does innovation involve a synthesis between creativity and knowledge?\nThese questions are of interest to several researchers\, indicating the importance of understanding the concepts of creativity and innovation and their possible interactions. Because these are important issues\, the Brazilian Association of Creativity and Innovation-CRIABRASILIS\, in partnership with the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (PUC)\, intends to broaden this discussion with an interdisciplinary focus during the II International Congress of Creativity and Innovation.
