2.2.8 Reimagination of Gifted and Talented Services and Identification (Paris Independent Schools)

This session will be used to share information about the re imagination of identification and services in a small, highly impoverished school district. Through the development of a cohort model to service students, the application of the presenter's dissertation research, and a supportive climate for gifted education, the district has positioned itself on the cutting edge of gifted education policy, practice, and service.
