For Immediate Release The WCGTC® Executive Committee has selected Prof. Dr. Sheyla Blumen as the next Editor-in-Chief of Gifted and Talented International for 2023 – 2028. Dr. Blumen is a Full Professor in Psychology and Education and Head of the Academic Department of Psychology at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
