Congratulations to WCGTC President, Den-Mo Tsai

Congratulations to WCGTC President, Dr. Den-Mo Tsai, on his new appointment as President of the National Taitung University in Taitung City, Taiwan. The University, with its three colleges—Teachers College, College of Humanities, and College of Science and Engineering—has over three thousand students. Historically, before being upgraded to a university in 2003, its focus was primarily to cultivate outstanding teachers for elementary education and kindergarten. Today, it has twenty-one departments, with undergraduate and graduate programs, and is undergoing a large expansion. We wish Dr. Tsai great success in his new position and in the ambitious expansion project!
